cappuccino ice cream popsicles
Ingredients:
- Vanilla Ice Cream 
- Espresso (cooled) 
- Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans (optional) 
Instructions:
- Add your vanilla ice cream to a popsicle mold, enough to your liking, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes 
- Then, add the espresso to the mold and freeze for 2-3 hours. If desired, pop in some espresso beans before putting the mold back into the freezer 
- Eazy-peazy! A refreshing treat your kids will be after!
